My caterpillar started out as a larvae egg. Today my caterpillar is a chrysalis and I'll tell you the story about how it started. The caterpillar started out as a little baby and it ate only mallow. Then it molted off it's exoskeleton and it's head capsule it's exoskeleton is small and fluffy and the head capsule is small and shiny like a little helmet. By the next day it was huge about as big as an eraser that's not on a pencil when Jake said the caterpillar was huge I thought it would be as big as a pencil! Then it went into a J shape and that is a sighn of a chrysallis and Mrs Furman said that mine was in a perfect J and I was suprised! Guess what my caterpillar is a chrysalisnow I knew that it was going to be in a chrysalis becuase I put it in the work out room. In about six days it will finally turn into a beautiful butterfly.
